(2024–2027) Hydrodynamics for the future: K-Epsilon contributes to PAMI

The PAMI, launched by VNF (Navigable Waterways of France) together with the French State and ADEME, supports the modernization and innovation of the inland waterway fleet. In this context, K-Epsilon contributes its expertise in hydrodynamic simulation for confined environments, helping to optimize vessel performance and promote more efficient and environmentally friendly ships.

KABLE Project (2017–2023): Optimizing Marine Systems

Funded by the DGA in partnership with CGG, the KABLE project aimed to optimize cable fairings using the K-FSI coupling developed by K-epsilon. Integrated into simulation software such as FINE/Marine, Fluent, STAR-CCM+, and OpenFOAM, the project improved marine system performance by reducing drag and optimizing the design of underwater structures.
